Innovative Talent Solutions is actively recruiting a tech savvy Document Specialist for our Triangle Client.  The ideal Document Specialist candidate will have 3+ years administrative support experience, exceptional writing skills, strong data entry skills, experience with Salesforce and the ability to see the big picture.

Document Specialist Must Haves & Skill Set:

  • Associates Degree
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience
  • Previous industry experience in corporate biotech or pharmaceutical a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Technically savvy with knowledge of office IT equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Superb organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven professionalism and a high-level confidentiality
  • Ability to see and understand the big picture
