What We Want:

As Desktop Support Technician, you possess strong IT technical knowledge. You have demonstrated experience in supporting end-users.  You will have demonstrated experience with supporting end-users and Tier-2 troubleshooting problems.  The Desktop Support Technician will preferably have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Do:

As the Desktop Support Technician, you will administer and maintain servers, computers, and peripherals.  The Desktop Support Technician will resolve assigned IT service requests.  You will support LANs, WANs, Internet and Intranet systems. As Desktop Support Technician, you will provide any support necessary to outside vendors in repairing hardware.
