What We Want:
As the Customer Service Representative, preference will be given to you if you possess a bachelor’s degree. You will be a master of Microsoft Excel, will have strong multi-tasking skills, and be a team player. You will have 2-5 years of customer service experience. You must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and the ability to prioritize.
What You’ll Do:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will respond to internal and customer inquiries and generate monthly sales reports. You will perform other supportive duties for the sales department such as customer service follow-up, maintenance and management of the customer database, and will ship client requests.
