Customer Service Representative – Bi-Lingual French

Fantastic growth opportunity to for work an Industry-Leading Global Company!  Innovative Talent Solutions is currently seeking a friendly, professional Bi-lingual (French) Customer Service Representative for our Triangle client. The ideal Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative candidate will have excellent data entry skills with a customer focused attitude. Must be fluent in French, both verbal and written.

Customer Service Representative Must Have Experience & Skill-Set:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Must be fluent in French, both verbal and written
  • Call center and order entry experience preferred
  • Solid computer proficiency including MS Office, SAP experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving & multi-tasking abilities
  • Work accurately in a fast paced environment
