The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate will have excellent data entry and communication skills with a customer focused attitude.

Customer Service Representative Must Have Experience & Skill-Set: 

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • SAP preferred
  • Solid computer proficiency including MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem solving & multi-tasking abilities
  • Work accurately in a fast paced environment
