Benefits Specialist – Direct Hire

Tremendous direct hire opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company! Innovative Talent Solutions is actively recruiting a Benefits Specialist for our National Client. Responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist include, administration of benefit programs, program development, benefit inquiries, and participating in the design and implementation of new benefit programs. The ideal candidate will have their bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of HR/benefits administration experience. 3+ years of accounting experience, must be detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow. Must be polished, polite and with the desire to learn and develop professionally.

Benefits Specialist Must Have Experience & Skill-Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Operations or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of human resources generalist and/or benefits administration experience required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Dedicated commitment to professional development, to include pursuing professional designations (i.e., SPHR, PHR, CEBS, CBP, etc.)
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail while being proactive and self-managing
