What We Want:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be able to multi-task, have a go-getter attitude, and experience supporting senior management. As Administrative Assistant, you will possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong proficiency with Excel.
What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of duties, to include human resources, sales and senior management support, calendar management, travel coordination, and front desk support. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will order and maintain supplies, answer and route phone calls, and maintain conference room schedule.
