- We quantify and qualify the level of responsibility Candidates are capable of handling, their professional appearance, work experience, field knowledge, as well as other intangibles such as energy level, personality and attitude towards their work environment.

This process involves a variety of steps:
- Initial phone consultation.
- Resume interview.
- Scheduling.
- Computer skills evaluation.
- Confirm work employment eligibility (I-9)
- Reference, degree, and certification verification.
- We also offer criminal and/or background checks and drug screening available at an additional cost.

Interviewing – ITS understands the importance and value of a thorough interview process.
- Two ITS professionals interview all candidates in-depth and face-to-face.
- Verifying degree(s) and /or certification(s) assures that Candidate meet the required skills and experience for your job profile.

Testing – ITS offers validated computerized testing and customizable screening tools to ensure accurate skill level assessments.
- We utilize Prove It for skills testing and assessment.
- Full range of quality assessments including hundreds of tests for clerical, software, legal, accounting and financial skills.
- We do all the work up front and it does not cost you a cent until you hire a candidate from ITS. A simple process!
