As of January 1, 2013, all Temporary and Temporary-to-Hire employees will be eligible to sign up for health insurance benefits.

- We maintain an open line of communication .

Onsite visits
- An ITS staffing professional will visit you at your place of work from time to time.
- They may bring paychecks, a holiday treat or just say hello.

- Increase your computer literacy, become more marketable, earn more money and increased responsibility.

Direct Deposit
- Sign up for direct deposit and have your paycheck deposited directly into your account.
- Candidates are paid weekly

- Receive a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant or store for each referral completing the assignment or direct hire probationary period.
- No limit to the number of referral bonuses you can receive.

- One Temporary or Temp-To-Perm Candidate receives company wide recognition each month in the form of a gift certificate.

Holiday Pay
- Candidates who have completed 1200 hours of continuous service are eligible.
- You are paid at your current pay rate for 8 hours ($200 max).
